Graduated as an Industrial Engineer in 1996 from New Mexico State University, USA. Worked his way in local Malaysian Companies as well as Multinational Companies. Not to curb his urge of bringing greater good to the family and community, he has been creating and leading a few outfits of various industries since 2004.
For Trésenergy, the biggest milestone achieved is when he introduced the Alternative Method for Pipe Hauling activities using Bulk Carrier against the Conventional Method using Tug and Barge. On account of performance and reputation, Trésenergy was offered a share swap with a much bigger company owned by Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad in the year 2013. He was appointed as the Managing Director for the Holding Company.
Naturally, he is innovative as he would find ways and means to deliver projects better than acceptable normal practice. What drives him is his passion to bring the best out of himself and resources under his care that we could always achieve more with proper attention to Resource Management.
Rahmat holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Masters of Business Administration from Woodbury University, USA. He is a notable figure in the local Human Resource circle where his experience spans more than 30 years in the local and regional market.
Rahmat Roslan had championed Human Resources Turnaround Strategy, Policy Formulations, and Implementations in MNCs and Financial Institutions. His last position was the Group Chief Human Resource of RHB Banking Group from 2020 until 2021. Prior to that, he had been with Dumex (M) Sdn Bhd, Citibank, and Standard Chartered Bank. His longest tenure had been with Standard Chartered Bank where he had served from 2004 until 2020, including his three (3) years stint as the Country Head of Human Resources in Bangladesh. Other than Bangladesh he was also responsible for Human Resources operations in Standard Chartered Bank of Brunei, Mekong Region, Philippines as well as Standard Chartered Bank and Permata Bank, Indonesia.
Under Rahmat’s leadership, Standard Chartered Bank’s Country Human Resource team had won Gold Recognition for Human Resource Excellence from the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource (“MIHRM”) in 2009 and 2011.
Rahmat attended Oxford University Executive Leadership course in the United Kingdom in the year 2006 and Artificial Intelligence & Analytics program for C-Suite at Cambridge University in the United Kingdom in the year 2020.
Mohammad Hanif has been with Trésenergy since the early inception of this company around the year 2010. From the zilch entry-level, he paces his way up the ladder and was designated with various posts which entail Strategic Planning, Business Development, Procurement Management, and Contract Management.
In his many years of service, Mohammad Hanif had hands-on experience for circa fifty (50) Vessels Chartering Projects, plus one critical assignment worth highlighting in Business Development & Sales was 28” x 280KM EVA - North Malay Basin Gas Delivery System (ENGDS) Pipeline Transportation via Bulk Carrier in 2014 which valued at approximately USD 20,000,000.00.
Always being recognized for his strength in Sales and People Skills, he embedded his mind with a business philosophy that Value Creation among internal and external individuals in the industry is vital for the success of a company.
His reading of Business Management and Administration in Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) comes in handy in his current portfolio at Trésenergy.
