Rahmat Roslan Bin Hashim Chief Operating Officer Rahmat holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Masters of Business Administration from Woodbury University, USA. He is a notable figure in the local Human Resource circle where his experience spans more than 30 years in the local and regional market. Rahmat Roslan had championed Human Resources Turnaround Strategy, Policy Formulations, and Implementations in MNCs and Financial Institutions. His last position was the Group Chief Human Resource of RHB Banking Group from 2020 until 2021. Prior to that, he had been with Dumex (M) Sdn Bhd, Citibank, and Standard Chartered Bank. His longest tenure had been with Standard Chartered Bank where he had served from 2004 until 2020, including his three (3) years stint as the Country Head of Human Resources in Bangladesh. Other than Bangladesh he was also responsible for Human Resources operations in Standard Chartered Bank of Brunei, Mekong Region, Philippines as well as Standard Chartered Bank and Permata Bank, Indonesia. Under Rahmat’s leadership, Standard Chartered Bank’s Country Human Resource team had won Gold Recognition for Human Resource Excellence from the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource (“MIHRM”) in 2009 and 2011. Rahmat attended Oxford University Executive Leadership course in the United Kingdom in the year 2006 and Artificial Intelligence & Analytics program for C-Suite at Cambridge University in the United Kingdom in the year 2020.
